Role Description The HR Manager role at GrowByTen AdTech Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Jalandhar. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing performance reviews, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves coordinating training and development initiatives, supporting organizational culture and engagement programs, and partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. The HR Manager will maintain HR records, prepare reports, and serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related queries.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in workforce management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate HR documentation, and use HRIS or related HR management tools.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in a digital marketing or technology-driven environment is beneficial.
