Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at GrowByTen AdTech Pvt. Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations. They will also ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, as well as support the overall growth and development of the team.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Onboarding, and Training skills
- Performance Management and Employee Relations experience
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in the AdTech industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
