Fund Manager - Private Equity/Growth Capital - Banking/Financial Services

- We are seeking a seasoned Fund Manager - Portfolio Manager to lead investment decisions, manage the portfolio, and oversee the overall performance of the fund.
- The incumbent will own the end-to-end investment process - deal sourcing, due diligence, portfolio construction, monitoring, and exits - while ensuring full regulatory compliance under SEBI's AIF framework.
- This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in private equity and growth-capital investing, fundamental research, structured/private credit evaluation, and portfolio construction within the Category II mandate.

• The Fund Manager will work closely with the Investment Committee, custodian, compliance officer, and investor relations team to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns.
• Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation exercises to identify and capitalize on market inefficiencies.
• Manage active portfolio monitoring by tracking key performance indicators and operational milestones of underlying assets to ensure alignment with investment theses.
• Communicate complex investment performance data and market insights to stakeholders and clients to maintain transparency and build long-term trust.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting requirements to ensure the fund operates within the established legal and ethical frameworks.
