Growify Digital is hiring a Performance Marketer to independently manage and grow campaigns for our portfolio of luxury fashion and e-commerce brands.

You must have:

• Agency background (performance/digital marketing agency experience is a must)
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts independently

What youll do:

• Own campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, Google and other paid platforms
• Track ROAS, revenue and other growth metrics; turn data into action
• Manage budgets, troubleshoot underperformance, and report on results
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Brand, Design, Website, Sales and Data teams
• Explore AI and automation opportunities in reporting and campaign management

What were looking for:

• Mid-level experience in performance marketing — ideally with luxury, fashion or D2C brands
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking; comfortable with ROAS, CAC and revenue metrics
• Ownership mindset, strong communication, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
