Investment Banking Analyst - Restructuring

What role you will play in team: You will assist senior bankers in advising clients on complex financial restructurings, focusing on distressed debt situations.

What you will do: Analyze financial statements, create restructuring plans and support the negotiation process with creditors.

Key responsibility:

• Analyze financial statements of distressed companies.
• Develop restructuring plans and financial forecasts.
• Conduct due diligence on distressed assets.
• Prepare presentations for clients and creditors.
• 
  Negotiate with creditors and other stakeholders.
• Support the execution of restructuring transactions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation.
• Understanding of bankruptcy procedures and restructuring techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
