Venture Capital Associate - Growth Equity

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for supporting the investment team in identifying, evaluating, and managing growth equity investments.

What you will do: Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investments.

Key responsibility:

• Source and screen potential growth equity investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Prepare investment memos and present investment recommendations to the investment committee.
• 
  Monitor portfolio companies and assist with post-investment management activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs and industry experts.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of growth equity investing and industry trends.
