AI Automation Associate

About the Role

Were looking for an Automation & AI Tools Specialist who will connect our tools, move data between internal and client-facing systems, and build lightweight internal apps using AI platforms. Youll work across workflows, integrations, broadcast communications, and the SaaS subscriptions that power teams across the company, and grow into owning this stack end to end.

The specific tools will keep evolving. What matters is your ability to pick up any new platform or skill fast and put it to work.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Automation & Data Pipelines

• Design, build, and maintain automations using n8n, Pabbly Connect, Zapier, and similar tools like Make
• Transfer leads and data points across systems and CRMs for both internal teams and clients (ad platforms like Meta/Google Lead Ads, CRMs, databases, Google Sheets, internal tools)
• Monitor workflows, handle failures and retries, and ensure data accuracy with zero lead leakage

AI-Built Internal Tools

• Build micro apps and internal tools for teams using AI coding platforms such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, v0, Replit, or Lovable
• Gather requirements from internal teams, prototype fast with AI, and ship usable solutions in days
• Maintain and iterate on these tools as team needs evolve

Communication Automation

• Set up and manage WhatsApp, email, and SMS broadcasts and drip automations (WhatsApp Business API platforms, email tools, SMS gateways)
• Build triggered journeys: welcome flows, follow-ups, reminders, OTPs, re-engagement campaigns
• Track deliverability, template approvals, and messaging compliance (WABA policies, DND, opt-outs)

SaaS & Subscription Management

• Track and manage subscriptions, renewals, seat usage, and costs across all apps/platforms and teams
• Own the SaaS inventory: who uses what, at what cost, and whether its worth it
• Identify redundant or underused tools and optimize spend

Research & Evaluation

• Continuously research new apps and AI tools in the market that can solve business problems
• Run quick POCs, compare options, and recommend adoption with clear cost-benefit reasoning

• Fast, self-driven learner. This is the core requirement. Youre not bound by what you already know. Whether its a new automation platform, an API, or an AI tool, you can pick it up quickly through docs, tutorials, and hands-on experimentation
• Familiarity with any automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Make, or similar). Even personal or college projects count
• Basic understanding of how apps talk to each other (APIs, webhooks, integrations), or genuine curiosity to figure it out
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to build, solve, and ship things
• Logical, structured problem-solving. You break a problem down before jumping to a tool
• Ownership mindset. You follow through, document your work, and dont wait to be told twice

Good to Have

• Hands-on projects with any automation tool, whether from internships, freelance work, college, or personal projects
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python)
• Exposure to WhatsApp Business API platforms (Interakt, AiSensy, Gupshup, WATI, etc.) or email/SMS tools
• Basic SQL or familiarity with spreadsheets as databases (Google Sheets, Airtable)
• Anything youve built with AI tools. Share it with your application.
