ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring 5 Sales Officers to drive on-ground adoption of the HealthPlus VIP Card — a healthcare membership programme offering Silver (Rs. 999/year) and Gold (Rs. 1,999/year) cards to patients of Health Plus Hospital, Bokaro Steel City. This is a field-first, performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential.

The right candidate will be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable working directly with patients, chemists, and local businesses in and around Bokaro.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell HealthPlus VIP Silver and Gold membership cards directly to patients and walk-in customers in the Bokaro Steel City area.

• Onboard local dealers and distributors — chemists, pharmacies, and clinics — as card distribution points.

• Achieve and exceed the daily card-sale target through consistent field activity.

• Maintain daily sales records and submit activity reports as required.

• Represent the HealthPlus brand professionally in all patient and partner interactions.

ELIGIBILITY

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred

Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, FMCG, pharma, or healthcare preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Language: Proficiency in Hindi required; basic English preferred

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand

Transport: Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence
