Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to support marketing performance tracking, MIS reporting, and data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in data management, Excel analytics, social media reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage MIS reports related to marketing performance and campaigns
• Analyze social media and marketing data to generate actionable insights
• Maintain and manage marketing databases using MS Access and Excel
• Create dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for leadership review
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations / MIS / Data Management
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards)
• Working knowledge of MS Access and database handling
• Experience in Social Media reporting and analytics
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
