Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Internal Communication Specialist with strong expertise in internal communications, HR change management, and project coordination. The role focuses on designing and executing change management strategies for HR initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth adoption of new tools, processes, systems, and organizational structures.

This position requires strong strategic thinking, content creation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and communication campaigns to drive effective organizational transformation.


Key Responsibilities

Change Management & HR Transformation

  • Design and deliver change management strategies aligned with HR initiatives
  • Drive adoption of new HR tools, processes, systems, and organizational structures
  • Develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure smooth transitions and acceptance
  • Assess change impact and provide mitigation strategies to minimize resistance

Internal Communications

  • Create and execute targeted internal communication campaigns across HR initiatives
  • Develop high-quality content including emails, newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and intranet updates
  • Simplify complex HR processes into clear, engaging communication for employees
  • Ensure consistent messaging aligned with organizational goals and culture

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage multiple HR communication and change projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and communication milestones
  • Ensure timely execution of communication plans and project goals

Community & Work Structure Management

  • Lead and manage internal HR communication communities and forums
  • Organize engagement initiatives to drive employee awareness and participation
  • Support workload planning and structure management within HR communications division

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

  • Experience in Internal Communications + Change Management (HR domain)
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in crafting communication strategies and targeted campaigns
  • Excellent content creation, storytelling, and messaging skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Functional Expertise

  • Organizational change management frameworks and adoption strategies

Tools & Platforms (Preferred Exposure)

  • MS PowerPoint & Excel (reporting, dashboards, presentations)
  • SharePoint / Intranet communication platforms

  • Survey & engagement tools (Qualtrics, Google Forms, etc.)

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communications, Business, or related field
  • MBA / PG in HR, Communications, or Change Management (preferred)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–8 years of experience in Internal Communications and Project Management
  • Proven experience in HR change management and transformation initiatives
  • Strong ability to craft impactful communication content for diverse audiences
  • Experience in managing HR division communication workload and structure
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change adoption
