Job Description
- Telephonic technical support to field teams for CATV (Cable TV) and Broadband services.
- Provisioning testing, issue resolution, and system monitoring to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Backend support to application users and Local Cable Operators (LCOs) for both Broadband and CATV operations.
- Assisted office teams and LCOs in onboarding new service locations and resolving location-specific issues.
- Managed and closed service requests through the E-Support ticketing portal, ensuring timely resolution of issues reported by ground teams.
- Contributed to the implementation of new operational processes, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
