Product ILL- Internet Lease Line/P2P/MPLS/SDWAN ( Enterprise B2B & Corporate Sales)


Key Account Manager

The key account manager is responsible for handling the Key client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of revenue , and the KAM must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for client are met, and help the client succeed. The KAM will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts, and will develop new relationships with potential clients.

Key Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Managing account team assigned to each client
  • Revenue Generation from New Client Development & from Existing Clients.
  • Working with Technical Team and other departments to ensure revenue & Client Satisfaction
  • Collaborating with internal & external team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

    Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline with Experience in Corporate Sales (telecom)
  • two to five years previous or current work experience in sales of Internet Lease Line Products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
