BPO/Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, polite, and goal-oriented BPO / Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making or receiving customer calls to support various business processes including customer service, lead generation, surveys, or tele-sales, depending on the process requirements.

This role demands excellent communication skills, patience, persuasion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates will be provided with training to understand the process, tools, and client expectations.

This job is suitable for freshers as well as experienced professionals who are looking to build a career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or customer service industry.

• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services


• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics


• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives


• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise


• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile


• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way



• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level


• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
