About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assist in the surveillance activities of the broking and depository operations which include the closure of exchange alerts, submitting data requested by exchanges and assisting in daily internal surveillance activities


• Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI insider trading (prohibition of insider trading) regulations and the company's insider trading policy


• Assist in organizing & managing the board/committee meetings and related work including preparation of agendas & minutes


• Assist in filing, and registering any document including forms, returns and applications by and on behalf of the company


• Assist in secretarial and compliance audits
