Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk / Accounts Clerk to support our administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, verifying receipts, and ensuring proper documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports for management review.
- Verify receipts and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile records between receipts, reports, and internal systems.
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping procedures are followed.
- Assist the accounts and administration team with routine clerical tasks.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data or records.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and financial records.

Requirements:
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office software.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting processes, bookkeeping, or record reconciliation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work or relocate to Umm Al Quwain (UAQ).
Education & Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in data entry, accounting support, or administrative roles is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary of AED 3,500.00 – AED 4,000.00 per month.
- Food and accommodation provided by the company.
Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
