Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge of GST provisions including return filings.
- TDS working review, reconciliations & return filings.
- Bank & GL reconciliations.
- Foreign remittances.
- Preparation and presentation of financial and MIS reports.
- Develop and maintain robust internal control procedures in line with group policies.
- To provide support to management across organizational performance and operational day-to-day matters, including the translation of strategic objectives to operational deliverables.
- Review month close activities and timely closure of monthly reporting pack with financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital monitoring, working capital performance & cash flow).
- Closely work with finance teams to ensure an efficient and effective finance operation, delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- Manage preparation for the annual financial audits, act as the key contact for all audit requirements.
- Improve accounting processes and policies ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks and group policies.
- Follow up on review points so that accurate records of the companys financial and accounting transactions and ensure compliance with standard accounting regulations.
- Support the optimization of working capital and promote best practice management.
- To ensure the daily/weekly/monthly accounting systems operate effectively and efficiently.
