Job Description
- You will be joining GUVI (Grab Your Vernacular Imprint) Geek Network Private Limited, an Edu-Tech company incubated by IIT-Madras, IIM-Ahmedabad, and partnered with Google for Education. As a DevOps Trainer (Freelancer) for a 6-day program scheduled from March 17th to 22nd in Erode, Tamil Nadu, you will play a crucial role. Fluency in both English and Tamil languages is essential for this position.
Key Requirements:
- You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps.
- Strong skills in programming and logic building are necessary.
- Proficiency in developing new test scripts for applications.
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages like Python and Java, with the ability to write code and scripts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation scripts into CI tools. Basic understanding of Dockers, Containers, etc.
- Hands-on experience in integrating scripts in tools like Jenkins, VMWare, Ansible, etc.
- Ability to comprehend business requirements, applications, and their components. Willingness to learn new technologies and implement them as per the training flow's needs.

- Involved in transferring knowledge to newly recruited personnel. Proficiency in software installation and configuration, data gathering at test stages, debugging, and summarizing reports.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Clear understanding of code versioning tools like Git, Github.
- Advanced experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc. Possession of AWS Foundation/Associate/Professional/Speciality certification and prior experience as a mentor/trainer will be advantageous.
