Role Summary: We are seeking experienced Industry Experts and Mentors from Top Product-Based Companies to serve as Instructors for the SDE with AI specialization program. Instructors will lead Industry Expert-Led Live Sessions, provide 1:1 Mentorship and Guidance, resolve student doubts, and guide learners through the programs curriculum and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Live Sessions covering program modules and topics.
• Provide Mentorship and Career Guidance to students.
• Offer Expert 1:1 Guidance for areas such as LinkedIn, Resume & Portfolio Building.
• Conduct 1:1 Mock Interviews with Industry Experts.
• Assist with Doubt Resolution through methods like Live Doubt Clarification Sessions or High-Performance Coaching (1:1 Doubt Clarification Query Support).
  
• Guide students on Hands-on Learning, including 15 Mini-Projects & 3 Real-World Projects.
• Potentially guide Top Performers on Live Open-Source Projects.
• Deliver Expert Sessions as part of the program.
• Contribute to Skill Development & Assessments, possibly including Skill Assessments and Live Hackathons.
• Potentially provide guidance for AI Learning Sessions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience role with Industry with at least 5+ years
• Prior experience as Instructor/Mentor with at least 2 years
• Strong background in the programs core technologies and stacks, including but not limited to:
• Programming Fundamentals with Java & OOP, Collections, etc.

Get Hired
• Problem Solving (DSA & Algo) using Java.
• Version Control System.
• Back End Development with databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB; Server: Spring & Springboot from basic to advanced.
• Experience with AI for Software Engineers such as RAG, LLMs, Vector DBs and other industry trending AI tools.
• Experience with System Design, Deployment & Maintenance, Docker and Kubernetes, etc.
• Prior experience in Teaching/Mentoring experience/delivery sessions[*].
• Prior experience in content creation experience/blogs/sessions/webinars/videos for EdTech related contributions[*].
• Having a strong Github profile and open source contributions[*].
• Familiarity with AWS cloud tools, S3, etc[*]
• Prior experience in Dockers, Containers, etc[*]
• Added advantage if hands-on experience on frontend Reactjs/Angular[*]
