 Support credit evaluation for new and existing customers – co-ordinate with regional teams for doing credit evaluation, checking financial health of the organization.-
 Quarterly reconciliation of 10 large customers (Closing balance in excess of INR 2 million) and written confirmation to be obtained from customers
 Work with Customer service team and commercial teams for approval for Credit override to release sales orders

 Support Finance manager in forecasting cash flow of receipts and help in cash flow management.
 Support Finance Manager in performing monthly closing and Management reportin
 Perform the Agent Brokerage/Customer rebate accrual
 Liaison with legal team for initiating and updating Distributor/ Agent agreements and questionnaire
 Clearance of Shipping bills on EDPMS
 Clearance of export leg merchant Trade Transactions
 Prepare comments for Key Delinquency report
