Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Vizag, Pune, Mumbai, Jaipur

Experience: 10+ Years

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Regional Sales Team for Affordable Housing Finance.
• Drive business growth through Home Loans, Affordable Housing Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
• Achieve regional business targets, including disbursement, login and customer acquisition targets.
• Develop and manage relationships with DSA, connectors, builders, developers and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence across the region.
• Manage Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, sales pipeline and monthly business targets.
• Ensure quality sourcing, credit discipline and portfolio quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in Affordable Housing Finance, Home Loans and LAP.
• Should have handled regional-level sales and business operations.
• Experience managing a large team of Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Strong understanding of secured lending, credit processes and loan documentation.
• Good network with DSAs, connectors, builders and local market partners.
• Proven track record of achieving regional business targets.
• Strong leadership, team management and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making abilities.
