Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive Affordable Home Loan business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
- Achieve monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.
- Lead and manage Branch Managers and sales teams.
- Develop business through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and generate new business opportunities.
