Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager (Delivery Leader) to drive large-scale programs, lead high-performing teams, and partner with global stakeholders to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Must Have

• 12+ years of experience with 3+ years in delivery/tech leadership roles
• Managed more than 3 projects simultaneously with a team size of more than 20 (direct & indirect reports).
• Degree in Bachelors and more than that.
• Strong stakeholder management & executive communication
• Delivery management - Agile, Waterfall or hybrid
  
• People leadership: appraisals, coaching, succession
• Risk identification, escalation & mitigation
• Technology acumen: Enterprise platforms, integrations, Full stack development
• Business analysis & translating needs into tech roadmaps
• Cross-geography & cross-functional collaboration
• Strong command over program governance & reporting
• Cost management & resource planning awareness

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI / ML / Automation tools & platforms
• Experience in org design or operating model transitions
• Knowledge of modern engineering: Application Support, CI/CD, SRE
• Exposure to financial services, retail or enterprise domains
• Certifications: PMP, SAFe, or equivalent
• Familiarity with vendor management & contract oversight
• Experience with workforce planning & skill gap analysis
• Track record of driving innovation pilots or CoE setups
• Executive-level presentation & influencing skills
