Job Title – Business Development – Transit Media & Brand Activations

Job Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days a Week ( Monday to Friday), where Saturday 2nd and 4th is working

Work Mode: in-office & field work

Shift: General Shift

Interview Mode: Final Round Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Drive revenue generation for the Transit Media Advertising vertical and Brand Activations.
• Identify and acquire new clients across relevant industries and advertising segments.
• Generate leads through direct sales, networking, references, market research, and agency relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, brands, media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
• Understand client marketing objectives and propose suitable transit media and activation solutions.
• Develop business for on-ground activations, brand promotions, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations with clients.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and regularly track opportunities, conversions, and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns after sales closure.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to increase revenue.
• Maintain regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, client meetings, and closures.
