About Role:

HackerKernel is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment along with basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical panels
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
• Employee documentation and joining formalities
• Attendance and HR coordination activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in maintaining HR records and reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ Year experience in IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of technical roles and hiring process
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
