Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, based in Ahmedabad. The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing schedules, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Day-to-day tasks will include handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and supporting the team in maintaining excellent service standards. Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
• Strong skills in handling Customer Satisfaction and ensuring repeat business
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients
• Time management and organizational skills for handling appointments and schedules efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism
• Previous experience in the beauty or salon industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
