Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Area Sales Manager (ASM) specializing in Horeca, Railway, and CPC channels. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth within assigned channels, managing and building relationships with key stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and driving distribution expansion. The manager will also monitor market trends, gather customer insights, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and goal alignment.
Qualifications- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, and experience in account management
- Experience in Horeca, Railway, and CPC channel sales, and marketing knowledge
- Capability to identify market trends, analyze data, and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in market analysis, planning, and business development
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
