Handelnine Global is a profitable, self-funded ecommerce company that builds and runs 10+ online brands selling across 40+ countries.
We have been growing steadily for over 6 years and continue to launch new brands and enter new markets every quarter.
Our teams work closely with the business, take ownership, and focus on doing meaningful work that shows real results.
About the role.
We are looking for a Senior Manager Performance Marketing to own and drive our paid marketing efforts end-to-end.
This is a hands-on role where you will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon and other platforms, work on global ecommerce websites, and directly impact revenue and growth.
We work in-house and do not rely on agencies.
Role & Responsibilities:


- Be part of the performance marketing team, reporting directly to the CMO.
- Manage online advertising across Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Bing, and other platforms.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned ecommerce websites, focusing on growth and optimisation.
- Handle a portfolio of websites across multiple countries and product categories.
- Support regular launches of new websites and global marketplace expansions.
- Own key performance metrics such as online sales revenue, ROAS, and campaign quality scores.
- Execute campaigns in-house with a hands-on approach, without agency dependency.
- Ensure accurate data tracking and attribution by fixing gaps in GA and GTM setups.
- Maintain product feed quality and overall health of Google Merchant Center accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C ecommerce or a PPC agency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data daily and derive clear insights.
- Hands-on experience with ad and analytics platforms such as Google, Meta, and Amazon.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Experience across Google Search, Discovery, Shopping, and Performance Max is expected.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as startups or growing business units.
- Open to learning, experimenting, and improving results incrementally.
- Able to work independently with ownership and accountability.
- Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with remote team members.
