Senior Manager HR Operations

HR Systems, Data & Processes

• Own regional HR systems and data integrity (incl. RAMCO / MyPORT)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and availability of HR data for decision-making
• Maintain and continuously improve core HR processes and documentation

HR Governance & Compliance

• Ensure regional adherence to global HR standards and local requirements
• 
  Act as first line of control for HR policies, approvals, and process compliance
• Support audits, reviews, and risk mitigation activities

Execution Enablement

• Translate HR frameworks (Talent, Rewards, Org Design) into executable workflows
• Coordinate annual HR cycles (performance, merit, succession, workforce planning)
• Track execution readiness, dependencies, and risks; drive timely resolution

• Act as regional interface with Global HR Ops, IT, and external vendors
• Coordinate regional inputs for system enhancements and process changes
• Support HR transformation and change initiatives from an execution lens

• Strong experience in HR operations, HR systems, or process governance
• Track record of managing complexity across regions and stakeholders
• High attention to detail with the ability to operate pragmatically
• Comfortable working in transformation and change environments
