About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams working on production-grade Agentic AI solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, delivery excellence, and stakeholder management to successfully drive complex AI initiatives from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver production-scale Agentic AI systems
• Drive end-to-end delivery across multiple agent-based systems and ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to align goals and expectations
• 
  Define and communicate technical roadmaps and business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor, coach, and scale high-performing engineering teams
• Ensure best practices in architecture, scalability, and performance
• Handle crisis situations, resolve blockers, and maintain team alignment
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Must Have Skills

• 10–15 years of overall experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in leading teams delivering complex, production-grade systems
• Strong exposure to Agentic AI / multi-agent systems
• Excellent delivery management and execution skills
• Strong stakeholder management across business and product teams
