Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager / Domain consultant (Media / ISV / Hi-Tech)

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will serve as a critical bridge between Client Business / Technology, Product Managers, Engineering Managers and offshore delivery teams. Sr.BA will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle to ensure alignment between client and global stakeholders. The Sr. BA will also be responsible for understanding clients businesses, infusing / harvesting domain knowledge, creating proactive propositions / proposals that can lead to downstream engagements.
Key Responsibilities ( Not limited to ):
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to gather, document, and refine business and product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with DV's strategic goals

- Work in tandem with Engineering Managers and offshore teams to ensure successful implementation of product features and enhancements, facilitating daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning sessions.
- Anchor workshops ( onsite and virtual) to create consensus, shared perspective between client business, technology & delivery teams
- Collaborate with client teams in market research, value analysis, journey mapping etc across the product engineering lifecycle
- Act as a liaison between client, onshore and offshore teams, providing context, answering questions, and maintaining alignment to minimize handoff inefficiencies and drive delivery velocity.
- Analyze internal and external data sets to generate insights, uncover trends, and support decision-making across product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Support QA efforts by validating feature behavior against requirements, helping to ensure quality and user satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and suggest improvements to workflows, data pipelines, and communication channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product KPIs and operational metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is desirable.
- 6-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-centric or data-driven environment.
- Experience in BA / Product management / Domain consulting is a must.
- Consultative mindset, ability to handle ambiguity and high client centricity. Exposure to frameworks, tools and design thinking approach desirable
- Ability to drive consensus across different client stakeholders through workshops and proactive interventions
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product, engineering, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultural contexts with global teams.
- Familiarity with offshore delivery models and distributed Agile practices.
