Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Injection Moulding Tool room Machine and process
- Development and validation of Injection Moulds
- Planning of production and capacity
- Handling of Tool Design software - ProE/Sold works/UG
- Development of New Product - APQP/PPAP/FMEA
- Handling Tool Assembly and Trials
- Ensure Quality of Product/ Reduce rejection
- Validation of all Cavities in Mould
- First time right in mold manufacturing
- Handle Tool Setting

- Responsible for machine maintenance
- Handle Internal auditing of IATF requirements
- Handling of Health, Safety and Environment Audits
- Ensure achievement of KPI - Objectives and Targets
- Supplier chain for out service tool room
- Tool design feasibility
- Tool MSR maintenance
- Mold flow analysis and review
