As an Infor M3 Technical Consultant at HARMAN DTS, your primary responsibility will be to work on Infor ERP M3 (V15.x) development projects, including implementations, upgrades, and other initiatives. You will be tasked with translating business requirements into feasible solutions that meet client expectations.
**Required Skills:**
- 4-8 years of experience in developing Infor M3 (V15.x) ERP software, including patches, configurations, and customizations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting role.
**Desired Skills:**
- Familiarity with MEC or M3 Enterprise Collaborator.
- Experience with MAK Developers using pure Java.
- Proficiency in MOM or Streamserve and outbound Document Services.
- Knowledge of system administration.
- Understanding of XML and XML schema concepts.
- Strong grasp of programming concepts like functions, input/output parameters, loops, and execution flow control.

- Experience working with flat files and flat file messaging.
- Proficiency in Java programming and the Eclipse IDE Framework.
- Knowledge of communication protocols.
- Familiarity with M3 Business Engine, MI Programs, and Business Messages.
- Excellent communication skills, solid business acumen, and exceptional end-user interaction abilities.
