About HaullaHaulla is a smart waste collection service by Ecube Labs that operates in major U.S. markets including Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver, and Chicago — with plans for further expansion across North America. We help small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. find better, more affordable waste solutions tailored to their needs.What You'll DoBuild and maintain a full sales pipeline.Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients, qualifying and advancing leads.Acquire new clients to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.What We're Looking ForThis is a full-time remote position.Available to work during U.S. business hours, 7 AM–3 PM PST (7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST) from Monday to Friday.Proven success in outbound sales.Strong communication and objection-handling skills.Familiarity in CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.Language Requirement:Must have native-level English proficiency (both written and spoken)What You'll Need (System Requirements):A desktop or laptop computerA stable, high-speed internet connectionA quiet and dedicated home workspaceA noise-cancelling headsetWhy Join HaullaBase salary plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonusesTop performers earn$2000 USD/month4-week paid training ($400USD awarded for training + commission)Fixed work week from Monday to Friday.
