The Role:

The Head: Founders Office will work closely with the founders to translate Indiverses vision into clear priorities, coordinated execution and measurable outcomes. This is not a conventional strategy or coordination role. The person will operate as a founders extension and execution partner, moving comfortably between organisational planning, team management, partnerships, productions, research and on-ground problem-solving. The role requires someone who can bring structure without slowing creativity and take complete ownership of critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the founders vision into priorities, plans and execution
• Drive important cross-functional projects from concept to completion
• Establish operating rhythms, reviews, accountability and decision tracking
• Coordinate internal teams, creative partners, experts and external stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks and resolve them without waiting for continuous direction
• Support organisation building, hiring, culture and team effectiveness
• Prepare research, briefs, proposals and decision-support material
• Represent the founders in selected internal and external discussions
• Support planning and execution of shoots, field projects and events
• Manage multiple priorities under tight timelines and resource constraints
• Build systems that reduce day-to-day dependence on the founders
• Take on strategic as well as hands-on responsibilities as the organisation evolves

What We Are Looking For:

• Approximately 6 to 10 years of experience across a Founders/CEOs Office, strategy, operations, consulting, media, content, social impact or an entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, ambiguous and cross-functional initiatives
• Strong hunger, self-motivation and bias towards action
• A practical get-stuff-done attitude, with ownership through completion
• Ability to remain composed and exercise sound judgement under pressure
• High-quality written and verbal communication
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Comfort working without rigid structures and extensive resources
• Ability to challenge the founders & remaining committed to collective decisions
• Genuine curiosity about the planet, wildlife, Indian knowledge systems, culture and humanitys relationship with nature
• Motivation driven by purpose, learning, contribution and long-term value creationnot only title or compensation

Operating Requirements:

This is a highly hands-on role connected to productions and fieldwork. Candidates must be comfortable with:

• Frequent travel, including to remote locations
• Occasionally working late evenings, early mornings or weekends when required by shoots, events or deadlines
• Changing schedules and time-sensitive execution
• Personally coordinating activities on the ground when necessary
• Maintaining reliability and energy during demanding periods

Appropriate planning, travel arrangements and safety protocols will apply to all team members.

What Success Looks Like:

Within the first six months, the person should have:

• Created clarity around Indiverses most important priorities
• Established a consistent operating and review rhythm
• Improved coordination and accountability across the team
• Independently delivered critical founder-led initiatives
• Reduced execution bottlenecks and dependence on founder follow-ups
• Earned the trust to act as a credible proxy for the founders
