JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Administration Partner is supporting all HR administration procedures for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and maintain data accuracy in the systems
• Assist with the process of payroll
• Help track employee time and paid time off balances
• Assist employees with payroll related questions and concerns
• Assist with the processing of new hire, status change and termination paperwork enrolment and benefit changes
• Effectively communicate with staff and management regarding updates and changes
• Assist the HR teams in managing work place injuries, in itinere accidents and ensure process flow with the administration of all leave of absence requests
• May assist in safety and hygiene support and/or compliance

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Administration
• Languages: English (Intermediate)
• 5+ years of experience in HR administration
• Media agency, Tech company, Data company
