Technical Lead - Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise digital solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for solution architecture, technical governance, code quality, and mentoring development teams while ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities and will play a key role in delivering strategic digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Review solution architecture, code quality, and technical deliverables.
• Design and oversee API integrations, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automated testing.
• Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and technical task management.
• Mentor and coach developers while promoting engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or similar leadership role.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong solution design and architecture experience.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
