Job Role
As a Health & Performance Consultant at HaSel Group of Companies, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities for both HB+ and HOP services. You will build and nurture client relationships, support marketing campaigns, and help drive membership growth. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities -
Client Engagement & In-Studio Training:
- Drive client enrollment through consultative fitness assessments, personalized goal-setting sessions, and program recommendations.
- Design and implement strength and conditioning programs tailored to individuals or groups.
- Provide hands-on coaching, correction, and motivation to improve performance and reduce injury risk.
- Work closely with other coaches, physiotherapists, and nutritionists to provide holistic fitness solutions.
- Maintain accurate client progress records, training data, and communication logs to ensure a seamless and professional coaching experience.
- Maintain high levels of member satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized service delivery
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly to ensure positive resolution and continued membership.
- Implement member retention programs including satisfaction surveys, follow-up communications, and loyalty initiatives.
- Foster a welcoming community atmosphere that encourages member engagement and long-term commitment.
- Oversee daily facility operations including both HOP Studio and back end.
- Qualification: Bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Must hold current certification from recognized organizations such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience as fitness Coach with an exposure to business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with the fitness/wellness sector and emerging industry trends.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth scientific subject matter knowledge on Human Anatomy, Physiology, Rehab and Prehab
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to unlearn outdated practices and adopt new ones
- Skilled in providing and receiving constructive feedback

- A subject matter Telephonic/Personal Interview of qualified candidates will be conducted after the evaluation of the questionnaire.
- A final round of interviews with the founders will be conducted.
- Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
- Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin.
