• Key Responsibilities
• Solution Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated 
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management to achieve project objectives

Proven experience in Workday HCM, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration for Belgium, Italy, UK , Germany (Absence & Time tracking) across Implementation / Development projects 

Ability to gather business requirements, configure , maintain, design, and configure, support integration Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling

Identify design options rapid prototyping. recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
