Job Description
- Product Manager - Micro Lending (8-10 yrs)
- Responsibilities:
- 1. All MIS for collection and sales needs to be prepared on a daily basis .
- 2. Monthly/ Weekly deck preparation for MD meeting .
- 3. Incentive process and proposal making and delivery .
- 4. Interaction with all team members from sales to IT to credit team for process smoothening .
- 5. New product & process launch.
- 6. Sales issue resolution with exterior team
- Must haves:
- 1. Strong excel skills .
- 2. Understanding of LOS systems and process flows in micro finance .
- 3. Strong vocabulary/ Communication and inter personal skills .
- 4, Must have at least 5-6 years experience in the product domain . Sales experience/ Credit experience in micro finance is an additional advantage.
- 5. High analytical skills .
