Location-Mumbai(Andheri)

Experience-2 to 5 Yrs

Role & responsibilities

• 
  Drafting, Vetting and Negotiation of Agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Intermediary Agreements (Corporate Agency Agreement etc.), Master Service Agreements, Software Licensing Agreement (Preferable), Service Agreements, leave & License Agreement, Addendums/ Amendments, MOUs & Correspondence Letters in general, Declarations and Indemnity Bonds etc.,
• Drafting replies to the legal notices in general
• Updation of MIS & coordination with other departments on the requirements arising out of Company Policies and driving the common objectives for the team including maintenance of records etc.
• Legal advisory to internal stakeholders
• Liasoning with advocates and Consultants, as may be required
• Assisting the team in team projects and deliverables including engagement in system/ tool automation projects
• Any other task/ assignment delegated by the seniors.

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

• 2-5 Years experience in Contract Management
• Shall be well versed with Contract Management preferable dealing with Property transactions including lease/leave & license agreements
• Review of Legal documents
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent skills MS Office i.e. Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Knowledge of Property and Insurance Laws preferable
• Team Work
