What you will do:

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai

• Managing Corporate mid market brokers by generating new business as well as managing
• Existing relationships
• Relationship building with existing and new brokers
• Broker engagement
• Manage commercial line of business (Property/Marine/Engineering/Liability) only
• Service delivery for corporate clients
• New business development and renewal retention
  
• Satisfying internal and external compliance guidelines
• Team management
• Good Understanding of Loss Ratio & Combined Ratio
• Important Stake holder management
• Travelling will be involved to broker location as per requirement

What you need:

• Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR or related field with 8-15 years of experience in managing Corporate Business of mid market brokers

• Experience in the General Insurance industry only

• Strong analytical and Excel skills with knowledge of market mapping for critical requirement

• Good understanding of commercial line of business(Property/Marine/Engineering/Liability). Candidate with experience in Health and Motor will not be suitable

• Detail-oriented, process – driven and strong stakeholder coordination skills with a data-driven mindset
