What you will do

• Manage end-to-end performance appraisal cycles and drive goal setting aligned to business priorities

• Ensure consistency of KPIs/OKRs and link performance outcomes to compensation decisions

• Support increments, promotions and bonus processes

• Maintain HR data, generate reports and dashboards and support audits

• Provide inputs for compensation decisions based on benchmarking insights

• Identify process gaps and drive automation, standardisation and adherence to policies

• Ensure adherence to performance and compensation policies

What you need

• Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR or related field with 3–6 years of experience in Compensation, Performance or HR Analytics
• Experience in the General Insurance industry preferred
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with knowledge of compensation benchmarking concepts
• Good understanding of performance management frameworks
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and strong stakeholder coordination skills with a data-driven mindset
