Role Description This is a part-time, remote Insurance Advisor role based in Palghat, Kerala ONLY. The Insurance Advisor will engage with customers to understand their coverage needs, explain suitable insurance products, and recommend solutions across motor, health, and other general insurance offerings. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, preparing and presenting quotations, and assisting customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and basic claims-related guidance. The role involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on inquiries, and meeting sales and service targets while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Insurance Advisor will collaborate with branch and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely resolution of customer queries.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Insurance, including general insurance products, policy terms, and basic risk assessment.
• Candidates should possess Consulting abilities, including needs analysis, advisory selling, and solution-oriented discussions with customers.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and long-term relationship building.
