1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Own and lead the monthly social media content calendar, aligned with business priorities
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling creative direction for the agency

2. Agency Collaboration & Execution

• Ensure high-quality content, on schedule
• 
  Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the social media agency

3. Platform & Content Management

• Oversee publishing across all brand platforms
• Ensure content is adapted appropriately for each platform and follows best practices
• Work with performance marketing and analytics teams to amplify content, where needed

4. Performance Tracking & Optimisation

• Monitor key metrics (engagement, reach, followers, sentiment)
• Draw insights from performance reports and suggest content pivots
• Conduct monthly reviews with the agency and recommend action points

5. Brand Custodianship

• Ensure brand guidelines and positioning are consistently reflected in all content
• Stay updated with competitor activity, social media trends, and platform updates
