Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Rajnandgaon. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting activities, and analyzing financial data. The role also includes supporting decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and communicating financial insights with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Finance and Financial Statements preparation
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Excellent Communication skills for explaining financial information clearly and effectively
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency with financial tools and software is an advantage
• Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
