• Plan and conduct UX research studies from start to finish, including exploratory, generative, and usability research for HDFC Securities product experiences.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and researchers to understand research needs and support design improvements.
• Turn research findings into clear insights, recommendations, and user stories.
• Use data from product analytics, past research, and user feedback to strengthen research findings.
• Explore and use AI tools to make research processes faster and improve team efficiency.

What were looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of UX research experience with digital product teams.
• Bachelors degree in a research-related field or equivalent work experience.
• Curious, analytical, and user-focused mindset
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adjust to changing priorities.
• Experience with AI tools and FinTech is a plus
