Job Description
The role (Dy. Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager/AGM - Sales) is responsible for driving sales of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
He candidate must have 10-15 years of experience in PEB/Steel/EPC industries and be open to extensive travel.
The role includes business development, customer relationship management, generating enquiries, preparing techno-commercial offers, negotiating deals, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order execution.
Strong networking, communication, and techno-commercial skills are essential.
Qualification:
- 8-15 years of experience in Sales within PEB, Steel, or EPC industry (mandatory).
- Proven experience in B2B industrial sales.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Build strong networks with industrial B2B clients, architects, builders, EPC contractors, and influencers.
- Explore new markets and generate business from existing and potential customers.
- Identify and track new project opportunities in the market.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Manage end-to-end sales of PEB products to achieve defined sales targets.
- Generate new enquiries (QRFs), evaluate costing, and prepare quotations.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize deals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and continuously update customer databases.
- Follow up on new and upcoming customer projects.
- Address technical queries and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Order Execution & Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery as per committed schedules.
- Send periodic sales forecasts and MIS reports to management.
- Collect customer feedback and support improvement initiatives.

- Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.
- Support promotional strategies and business development plans.
- Manage channel partners and drive B2B initiatives.
