Experience
12-15 years of relevant experience
Hands on experience in bidding / bid submission for coal mining / MDO / commercial coal mining projects
Experience in preparing and reviewing of financial models for commercial coal mining / MDO projects
Experience / understanding of various commercial / non-commercial, legal aspects of bidding documents (RFP, Mining Agreements etc.)
Broad understanding of parameters affecting coal mining projects (geo-technical, project milestones, approvals / clearances process, risks and cost impact)
Experience of interacting with external clients like Ministry of Coal, various PSUs, transaction advisors for coal mining projects and good connect with industry
Skills
Should have necessary Business and Financial Acumen
Strong team player with the ability to work closely with team and all internal stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Result-oriented, analytical thinking
