To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with previous experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. Candidates based in Bangalore who can attend face-to-face discussions and join immediately are preferred.
