The Salesforce Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, designing scalable Salesforce processes, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through user stories, use cases, and process flows to support enhancements and new features on the Salesforce platform.
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business teams, product owners, and technical teams to optimize workflows and improve overall system functionality.
- Manage and execute functional, technical, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management processes to support analytics, decision-making, and data integrity.
- Support integration of external systems with Salesforce, ensuring smooth data flow, system reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualification & responsibilities :

- 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service cloud
- Documents requirements, use cases, user stories, and manages functional, technical and acceptance testing for Salesforce features and enhancements.
- Designs solutions based on understanding of business needs, including integrating external systems.
- Proficiency with reports, dashboards, and data management.
